Downloaded the full version to get rid of the horrible ads but yet to test it out. I was attempting this on my '03 JDM yesterday. An android BT cons phone but never had it working on anything Apple. I have tried a number of apps and a couple of adaptors that work in other cars but can't connect to the zed.Īnyone found a solution or an app that will work with the zed? Pro version of torque has consult protocol in beta, but says you need a specific consult adapter, no idea if they will support elm in the future. See if that changes anything? It uses the Nissan consult protocol, this works perfectly, reading all sorts of sensors and switches in the Z, definitely not the prettiest app though, there is a paid version with more features and no adds. My phone connects to it but torque app says it can't read ECU. They both work fine with my Polo but I get the same issue with the zed. I bought two different elm adapters - one blue and one white. I think I have the same problem with mine, gunna try again on the weekend in a different car and see what happens.
